[Tips] Making Your Body Mist Last Longer

As you might know from the previous post, I am a huge fan of The Body Shop Moroccan Rose Body Mist.
Here's the post:

In that post, I said that the scent of the body mist will stay all day long. But as you might know, body mist has light composition of chemical so it looks like water which is will evaporate quickly on the skin and on the air.

Do you want to know the secret to achieve long lasting scent of your body mist?

Here's some tips to make your body mist last longer:

1. Apply the body mist immediately after towel drying after you take a bath or shower. When you apply body mist at this time, your pores are open and they will retain the scent for a longer time.

2. If you do want to use body lotion and stuffs after putting a body mist, use an unscented lotion or a lotion with the same scent as your body mist. Pay special attention to pulse points (the throat, the wrists, inside the elbows, behind your knees and between the breasts).

3. Spray the body mist toward yourself from a distance of approximately 1 foot, directing it toward the areas of your body. After you spray the body mist, step into the mist in the air to allow the body mist to cover your skin completely.

4. Wait the body mist to dry before you dress.

Okay, that's it all you have to do that to make your body mist last longer.

I hope it might help you with your problems using body mist.

See ya on my next post.
Bye bye ;)

[Review] The Body Shop Moroccan Rose Body Mist

Today, I'm gonna share about my favorite body mist of all time.
It is.... The Body Shop Moroccan Rose Body Mist.
Do you guys know about body mist? The differences berween body mist, eau de toilette and parfume?

Okay, let me explain a lil bit about body mist/ body spray.
According to
A body spray is lighter than a perfume or cologne, and it is often sprayed in various spots on the body after showering. Using a body spray is an ideal way to add subtle fragrance to the body without going overboard. Read more: How to Use Body Spray |

So, here's the look of The Body Shop Moroccan Rose Body Mist:

 The cap:

  • Cheap (IDR 119.000 in counter)
  • The product last for a long time. I mean, I purchased it around June, and it is still half of the bottle though I used it every morning.
  • Absolutely love the fragrance. Not too strong yet noticeable. The scent kinda sweet so it is good for a girl/woman.
  • The smell last for a long time. I used it every morning, and in the evening when I want to take a shower, I still can smell the scent.
  • Handy packaging. It made from a plastic so you don't have to worry about getting it broken into pieces when it bumps something hard.

The soap itself have like a dense texture. Not liquid or gel.
Of course you can tell from its name that it is a foam cleanser. So, after it mixed with water (on your hand of course :p) it will turns into foam form.
